Yes, we offer helpdesk support for licensee administrators. After purchasing the license, you will receive access to our support portal, which is available for questions and problems.
In PVS, ready-made standard templates (products & protocols) will already be available, which can either be used directly or serve as a guide. However, the app is designed to allow users to create their own templates to best suit their individual requirements.
